Graduation

Hi,
Graduation is in a few weeks and I already have a new job. I got a job downtown at Suite 200 which is a nightclub. I am going to bartending school as soon as I graduate in hopes to bartend somewhere. In the next couple years I hope to gain as much experience in the nightclub industry as possible. I hope I will be able to manage after a couple years to really understand the business. If anyone has suggestions on a bartending school or place to bartend let me know!

Summer Class

As I finish up with my summer Environmental Entrepreneurship class, I am working on my feasibility analysis. This includes learning about the competition, the nightclub's atmosphere, who I will hire, and most important why I want a nightclub. I believe that one thing that has been forgotten in nightclubs and lounges is integrity. Learning in the Leeds School of Business, it reminded me where I came from, who I am, and who I will continue to be. Competitive advantage is how I will be successful and profitable. As I finish up this class, I will take two more Entrepreneurship classes in the fall and spring, along with my business plan. I will keep posting throughout my classes.

Future

I am ready to start my senior year at CU Boulder, and am taking entrepreneurship classes. I am so excited to start my nightclub and already have a location! I am going to start my business plan in a few months. Innovation, atmosphere, and employees are what is the main focus. Next summer I plan to travel to Israel and Europe do some research, any suggestions on nightclubs to go to let me know!
